Residential retreats and external events

Our ministry offers day experiences across the region.  Please see the individual Quiet Days, Soul Days and Hopeweavers@Home  pages.  We cannot offer residential accommodation at present but we do often have retreats and special events being planned in other places including Hilfield Friary and St Columba's, Woking.

Take some time out alongside the Hilfield Friary Community to discover more from St Clare of Assisi to 'gaze, consider, contemplate '. Clare of Assisi and Teresa of Avila

- women building community

A weekend led by the Community of Hopeweavers.  For women and men interested in building the Kingdom together - those living in gathered and dispersed religious communities, small missional clusters, and from all traditions and none. Space to learn a little about St Clare of Assisi and St Teresa of Avila and to share and to reflect upon our own stories of creating community together.

Friday 30th June - Sunday 2nd July 2017

Sorry - fully booked!

Thank you to all who attended from across the UK and beyond!

Please see the Hilfield Friary website for details of their 2017/18 programme.  Previous Retreats led by hopeweavers alongside members of the Hilfield Friary community include 'Swords into Ploughshares', 'The Canticle of the Creatures' and 'Gaze upon that mirror'.

At the end of a previous retreat about St Clare of Assisi led by the Community of Hopeweavers at Hilfield Friary, creative work made during the retreat was shared as a focus for the Sunday Eucharist held in the Friary Chapel.
